Terms

A 50% deposit is required on all orders. Orders will not be processed until the initial 50% is received. The balance of each order will be due at time of delivery.

There will be a 13% overage charge for cutting loss on all orders unless specific measurements are provided by the client or general contractor.

There will be no refunds on orders with retained deposits unless otherwise agreed upon.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any items that we are able to resell. Reclaimed products are a specialty product that is custom designed and produced for each client.

Prices do not include freight. We will supply a freight quote with your estimate or you can arrange your own.

We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.  Please note there is a surcharge for using a credit card.
